Services and Offerings We provide dog breeding, sale/placement of puppies, stud services, rehoming assistance, and related information. Descriptions, photos, pedigrees, and health histories are provided in good faith but are not absolute guarantees unless expressly stated in written contract.
Health, Vaccination, and Guarantee Policy
Pre-Sale Care: Puppies receive age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming at 2,4,6 & 8 Weeks of age, Microchip and health checks provided by our veterinarian. Buyers will receive health records and recommended care instructions.
Health Guarantee: Any health guarantee is limited, conditional, and must be documented in the individual sales contract. Guarantees typically require that the Buyer follow recommended veterinary care, provide proof of vaccines and examinations, and notify us promptly of any concerns.
Genetic/Hereditary Conditions: Some genetic conditions may not be detectable at sale time. Guarantees for hereditary issues will be defined in the sales contract and may include third-party veterinary or specialist verification.
Returns/Refunds: Return, replacement, or refund policies will be set out in the purchase agreement. ANY DOG BRED BY US MUST BE RETURNED TO US IF YOU ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO HAVE THEM.
Spay/Neuter and Breeding Rights
Pet/Companion Sales: Puppies sold as pets typically require spay/neuter by 2 years of age - we do not recommend desexing before 18 months of age minimum; breeding is prohibited unless a breeding contract is provided.
Breeding/Sale with Breeding Rights: If breeding rights are granted, terms (breeding fees, registration, litter allocation, health testing, and required approvals) will be detailed in a separate written agreement.
Registration: Transfer of kennel club/registry papers may be conditional on compliance with contract terms and full payment.
Stud Services (if applicable) Stud arrangements require a written stud contract covering fees, timing, methods (natural/mutual agreement for artificial insemination), litter/puppy allocation, guarantees, and responsibilities for vetting and health testing.
Transport, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Delivery Options: We can assist with local pickup, courier/air transport, or third-party transport. Fees and logistics are the Buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Risk of Loss: Risk transfers to the Buyer upon delivery to the Buyer or the Buyer’s designated carrier. For shipped animals, we recommend transporter insurance.
Buyer Responsibilities
Veterinary Care: Buyers must arrange prompt veterinary examination after taking possession and follow recommended preventative care.
Environment: Buyers must provide appropriate housing, nutrition, socialization, training, and medical care.
Registrations & Licensing: Buyers are responsible for local licensing, compliance with leash laws, microchipping registration, and any legal requirements.
Limited Liability and Disclaimers
No Warranty: Except as expressly stated in a written sales contract, all animals and services are provided “as is.” We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an animal, service, or use of the website is limited to the purchase price paid for the animal or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, transport disruptions, government actions).
Health & Behavioral Changes After Sale We are not responsible for injuries, property damage, or health/behavioral conditions that appear after transfer of ownership, except as covered by a specific written guarantee - we do offer a cover for and Genetic conditions that may arise up until 18 months old provided the vet does not think it is environmental. Buyers agree to work in good faith with us when post-sale issues arise.
Rehoming Policy If you can no longer keep a dog purchased from us, you must contact us first. We may request return or assist in rehoming. Transfers to third parties without consent will violate the sales agreement.
Intellectual Property All website content (text, images, logos) is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or use content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Privacy Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information. By using the site, you consent to the collection and use described in the policy.
User Conduct Users must not post unlawful, abusive, or infringing content on the site, and must respect copyright and privacy rights.

Reservations, Deposits, and Payments
Reservation: Puppies/litters may be reserved by paying a non-refundable deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deposits: Deposits secure your place in line and are typically applied to the final purchase price. Payment of the balance is due as set in the individual sales agreement.
Payment Methods: We accept Cash or Internet Transfer. Title and ownership transfer are conditional on full payment clearance.
Cancellation: Cancelled reservations may forfeit deposits. Specific refund terms will be in the sales agreement.
Pricing and Taxes Prices listed are in NZD and do not include applicable taxes, licensing, shipping, or transport fees unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to change prices.
